Sitting, watching, waiting. The snow slowly drips off the patio table as I wait for spring weather to finally appear. My garden calls with garlic and onions peeking out through the thin white layer. “We’re ready!” Almost. Be patient. Tulips are braver and daffodils the bravest of them all. “Our flowers cannot wait any longer!” New plants, shipped much too early, wait inside with hopes of survival for just a few more days. Once out with the rest, it’s anyone’s guess how they will fair – the threat of more April showers looming – snow showers here in Wyoming, just like every year.
